Before OS AI, Cam co-founded Fitplan in 2016. FitLab announced its acquisition of Fitplan in 2022. That experience gives the grow, expand, or prepare-to-sell conversation a personal foundation.
Today, Cam focuses on the business direction: understanding what the owner is building toward, identifying where the operation creates friction, and helping set the priorities for the team.

Malcolm builds the workflows and interfaces that turn agreed processes into working systems. His work supports connected handovers, onboarding, and day-to-day delivery.
Raven coordinates client communication, project updates, and the work moving across the team. She tracks next steps, surfaces blockers, and keeps delivery organized.
